In college, a buddy of mine lost 160lbs in a year.
Went from 320 to 160. His skin wasn't hanging, but it was... Stretchy.
Dude had an 8 pack and could grab the skin over it and stretch it out nearly a foot
10 years later he looks normal at 190lbs.

Well, you know, dating as a guy is an uphill climb nowadays.
