Looked more like in the side or back, honestly.
At any rate, I'm sure Mayor Wilhelm will blame guns.

As someone who works in and around Baton Rouge's black community, this rings pretty true. There are a lot of people who care when something like this happens, but it doesn't necessarily get that much attention outside these individual communities.
And i honestly get that...however, there are times, like right now, where literally the entire nation is listening and paying attention to black leadership and the movement...
...and the chosen topics are defunding police, tearing down some statues, and renaming random buildings and streets.
from the outside looking in, it seems like the biggest issue is black "leadership" not actual leading them in directions to solve actual problems. Why are they not called out? The black community does have a voice and could force this issue is they wanted to, especially now. And it HAS to come from within, because if someone from the outside tries to bring it up they get crucified for it and could lose everything

but a large portion of the community blindly follow their leaders. this is in every community.
How many people agree with Trump even when he clearly misses the mark on a topic or is over the top with a particular action/inaction??

Until so called “black leaders” take a serious look at the black on black crime running rampant throughout this whole country nothing will change. Instead they want to focus on them being treated unfairly. And what about black on white cops violence?????? Two months ago a black guy shot a dude then ran like the coward he is and drove 5 miles to a house and when police found him he broke a back window and just started shooting. One cop died and the other I’m sure is still going through therapy. BTW both cops were white...... where were all these so called black leaders when that happened????????

Black on black crime will cease, milking the government will end, poverty and massive jobless will no longer exist. It's really simple, all it takes is the removal of statues & changing flags.
