It would be my luck to pay 8300, fill the thing to 30 inch height, then get 31 inches of flood water.

My water bill alone from the Parks Water Department would bankrupt me after filling that thing up. Speaking of that, I wonder how long it would take my hose to fill up one. How many days notice are required to get it setup and filled?
