I wonder if anyone has ever died because he tied up emergency resources for a glass of fricking milk?
They need to figure that out.
Does he say that's what he needs? Or does he claim its something else and they get dispatched then he reveals he needs his glass of milk?
Either way, just bury him out back.

It would be argued that if protocol was followed for the bogus glass of milk call, that the loons fall would have been discovered and treated
