If asked to testify ill give a testimony. The car did not rock.
1 he opened door
2 stood in profile with penis in hand and looked at me
3got in car
4 got out, faced me with penis in hand and motioned to me
5 in car, door cracked hands and pelvis gyrated seat reclined
6 cops arrived w been officials later
7 arrest
8 blood pressure goes up
9 blood pressure pills for a few days
Definitely a trend of cruising homosexuals has developed out there over a year
Apparently same thing happened to a 25 ish yo brec employee. He said he was propositioned by older white male who said " we used to haze folks all the time like this? Then dropped pants and grabbed penis.
Car didn't rock. But I guess I will go to court if asked.

Track everyone down and report any crime you see in BR. Crime is taking over. ___tards like these antisocial types will keep on . this sort of behavior occurs before that rape and kill children/ other. They will brake into thousands of cars/ houses etc until stopped. Do your civic duty. The attorneys will get them out a few times but eventually they will end up in prison where they can get some real help for their problems ie personality disorders

I waited to make sure this felon ends up in prison where he belongs ie so he doesn't rape your wife or kid down the road. Studies show this sort of behavior in those that commit serial killings and rape in the future.
Also cause this type of criminal has the real chance of ruining that park. A trend is developing.
