A West Monroe man is facing multiple charges after he fell off a roof in a Winnsboro Road mobile home park.
According to a warrant for Lonnie Peters Jr., age 37, Peters had exposed himself to a juvenile prior to the incident.
The report states Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to the 2600 block of Winnsboro Road Sunday after Acadian Ambulance requested help with crowd control due to Peters falling off the roof.
Acadian said the crowd cleared prior to OPSO arrival, and the patient was subdued without incident. Personnel said they located a gun and one bag of suspected narcotics — 49 Ecstasy pills and 2.1 grams of suspected marijuana — while treating Peters.
A juvenile at the scene spoke to deputies with his parents. Per the warrant, the witness said Peters was fondling himself with his genitals exposed while looking at the juvenile. The witness said Peters was wearing a black bag on his back and removed it before jumping on a roof at the mobile home park. Peters allegedly fell because he was moving in an erratic manner on the rooftop.

I wonder if he 'fell off the roof' or actually fell off a roof.
