Actually Krupp makes many elevators and jetbridges, some in NOLA (see trucks all the time).

I'm sure they have no clue that their crane had anything to do with this, and they've pretty much are completely detached from the WW2 era.

However if you use the same logic that the take them down uses, then yes, you can make the same accusations.

I just love to point out hypocrisy. Even if the people are completely ignorant of the hypocrisy. The fact that they used Krupp machines to take down statues bc of the history of the men depicted by the statues, completely unaware of Krupps history and use of slave labor in the 30s-40s just made me laugh.

White people for the most part just want everybody to be cool, work their part, raise a good family (where applicable) and not feel like the world is being turned upside down for bullshite causes.

ETA: this is based on most people I know, which is a pretty economically diverse group.

It's like Chanel. I told my wife I would never by her anything Chanel because Coco Chanel was a Nazi spy, carrying on affairs with French officers and passing on the information to the Germans. My grandfather walked across Europe to liberate France, so I cannot support a company that has even a tangential association with Nazi Germany.

Very few people know that about Chanel, they've done a great job scrubbing that portion of their history.
