Someone has to slap around the Plaintiff Attorneys

By “Plaintiff attorneys” I assume you mean personal injury attorneys because every case has at least one plaintiff and defendant no matter what kind of case it is. Unless you’re also stupid enough to believe people shouldn’t be able to have access to the court system at all and no one should ever be a plaintiff.

And tell me where in the article that the attorneys removed were personal injury attorneys.

They could’ve been involved in a contract dispute. It could’ve been a labor issue. You don’t know do you?

WTF did he do?

Confrontation in a bar with a dude that was grabbing a girl's arse. He was "technically" in the right for stepping in but should have known better given the locale. In a dive bar, it wouldn't have been a big deal. In a Vegas casino, it's a one way ticket to being banned.

Did we ever find out why a NYPD officer was videoing people as they left the Drake concert the other night?

I understand the rationale behind this if the attorneys are from a personal injury firm and are in the midst of ongoing premises liability litigation. I've had a couple of cases where the plaintiff's counsel thinks its perfectly okay to show up to the location and conduct a cowboy inspection.

However, it appears that Dolan and his entities have enacted a blanket ban, inputting direct involvement in litigation to uninvolved attorneys at the same firm.

I'm personally against a surveillance state, but not sure how you put the cat back in the bag now that security cameras are ubiquitous.

wasn't this a couple weeks ago? still, its dystopian as hell and facial recognition really freaks me out.

I always wondered how they can enforce someone being banned from a stadium, banned from a mall, etc. Guess this is how. Didn't seem possible before this technology.

One of the tools they use, besides social media sites, to identify your facial features is the reverse facing camera on our gadgets. Phones, iPads, laptops, etc.

They’re not just for selfies.

They’re also used for voice recognition.

Ever pulled your phone out of your pocket and noticed something you’ve recently discussed out loud is magically dictated into an unsent text or open doc?

Be careful what you say, George Orwell is listening. And they already have a large portion of the modern world’s facial features on file. In a database. On an easily searchable server.

Don’t you just hate it when conspiracy theories aren’t theories at all.

How many of you use your fingerprint as a password to your phone or tablet. It’s not there just for convenience.

Youre very angry. The prior article mentioned the attorney was involed in personal injury litigation against the company. I didnt read this one. Where can I see one of your commercials or billboards?
