Coyote, I don't know much of anything about Pokemon, but a friend of mine told me his son bought a pack of Pokemon cards awhile back at CVS and pulled one that is worth $300, but he went to a card shop and he was told that the border on the card wasn't even so he would get full value for it and that if he sales it don't get it graded first because it is hard to predict what it will get rated, but at best an 8, at worst a 6..
He also told me he went to a card shop in North Carolina to look at sports cards and his son asked about Pokemon cards and the dude told him if he was into Pokemon cards he had to go visit a certain place.
My friend said they went, they walked in this place that looked like a castle inside then you go into another room that was a bunch of nerds. Old dudes playing games with kids with the walls filled with cards to buy. He told his son he needs a new hobby.
