My mom was an ER nurse in Vegas for years. I heard some fun stories of things people shoved up their butts. Also some scary ones because she worked with psych patients and once got stabbed with a needle that I remember so had to go through tons of testing.

My mom was a pediatric nurse so sometimes if she got a call during dinner there was mucus or poop being explained in great detail.

I learned today and sent it to you that on the YouTube you can pull up a whole hour of Scream ambiance.
Its Steve sitting outside tied up by the pool. Ghostface pops up every now and then. It should be perfect for your call background noise. I listened all morning!!
