Little bit of rain here, pool in question.

Would have been a good day to eat hot dogs without ketchup on them

hot dogs

It’s refreshing to see you use the correct terminology.

Here but yet to be conceived, all beef hotdogs, smashed cheeseburgers, slow smoked baked beans (already done), churro corn muffins with a jalapeño on top, and a Kuppy special, air fried onions rangz.

Side of unknowns will also be arriving for various locations.

Softball rankings published.

About to hit the gym.

Proud of Stella and Beaux. A little 5-pound dog crawled under the fence and was trying to hump Beaux at the dog park. My dogs were good-natured.

Sounds like my house. Peanut is 17 years old, 8 lbs., and loves trying to hump Jax. Jax weighs 107.

No lunch yet. I had a chance to catch a fat nap and did it.

What’s with the obsession over “smashed” burgers? Drives all the juices out and makes then dry. I don’t get it except children think it’s cool.

Then you're doing it wrong...it quite just the opposite/

quote:

Smashed burgers stems from their unique cooking method, which creates a crispy, flavorful crust and locks in juiciness. The high heat and pressure involved in smashing the patty lead to a Maillard reaction, resulting in a rich, dark crust and enhanced flavors. Additionally, smash burgers are often cheaper and quicker to prepare compared to traditional burgers, making them an appealing option for restaurants and consumers.
