Do it one time and after that the idea of doing it doesn't seem so bad. At one point I use to feel uncomfortable going to lunch alone, but I got to the point where there were times I just wanted to be alone to kind of clear my head and do things at my own pace.
Going to lunch with others sort of slows down the pace I like to be on.
