Some guys mom in the shop takes a head count in the morning and let's us know what she's making. Company pays for it. She has more hits than misses. The mole, milanesa, spicy pork and tortas are the best. Not the most picturesque, but it still slaps. Friday's are voted on and catered. I got my Calliope's today and the high-fives are already rolling in.

I began eating some oats with protein and blueberries mixed into it for breakfast.
Also adding some veggies back in very slowly.
