I went to the same sandwich place on campus nearly every day and I never had a usual.. Tried something new everyday.

This isn't my first time having it said to me, but it's my first time in a long time. I have an addictive personality and I don't mind eating the same thing every day so it's pretty common for me to have a usual, but for a waitress to actually remember my exact order including what toppings I wanted was pretty solid.
