our basketball coach called those up and downs, he'd have everyone start at the baseline, he'd blow the whistle and you sprint, when he blew it again you stop, do the up and down, and sprint opposite direction, etc., doesn't sound like much but doing that for 60 seconds at a time was pretty brutal

08, it's also good in a masubi bowl. Grilled spam (chopped), grilled pineapple (chopped), soy sauce, rice, sesame seeds, and topped with an over easy egg.

There’s a based on true story novel about a teenager from Trieste who worked with the Catholic Church as a guide through the Austrian mountains for the teens the church smuggled out. I think his story was based during WWII. He ended up trapped in Italy and worked for Mussolini or a high general as a driver and did some spy work.
Fantastic book and life story. Probably very close to how my great grandfather was smuggled out. Will have to look back for the name of the book bc it’s a great read.

The cukes I used to grow were all burpless variety. Those might treat you better, sauce or maybe not.

I had tomatoes and cucumbers for dinner last night with Italian dressing which is different than sauce or gravy.
