Well, the ones from my wife and daughter were paid for by my credit card so you can say I bought them. As for the cooking, I have to say that as a dad, it’s a proud moment to hand the tongs over to my son. I’ve taught him well. The steaks were the perfect medium rare.

Nice, I have a daughter, no pics, and her college cooking skills are 0.
I did try
She got a little adventurous and wanted me to show her how to cook Kung Pao Chicken. In general the prep work alone is a pain in the arse and you have to have everything ready as it goes boom boom boom

My daughter likes to bake. Her thing is sweets. Though for her Home Ec (they don’t call it that any more though) class she’s making a breakfast casserole tonight. Apparently they’re having a teacher appreciation breakfast tomorrow.
