In the dim light of the jail’s rec room, the smell of musty concrete mixed strangely with the powdered sweetness of the contraband donuts someone had smuggled in, turning the moment surreal. Outside the barred window, a patrol boat drifted lazily across the water, its engine humming like a reminder of the world just out of reach. As the other inmates swapped stories, one guy swore he kept seeing a shadowy grin in the corner—Gengar, he said, lurking where the light couldn’t reach, laughing at the absurdity of it all. It was hard to tell whether the sugar, the stress, or the stories were to blame, but in that place, even a ghostly Pokémon didn’t feel entirely out of place.

Redbull and powdered donuts for lunch. Forgot to bring lunch today.

I buy the Lewis's Bake Shop burger buns, hot dog buns, and sliced bread. All in the King's Hawaiian flavor. Walmart sells them!

I like them pretty good! You do have to freeze and only take out what you need. All those keto brands go bad quickly. Can't beat 70cal though.

My entire sandwich of bun, turkey, mustard, Hellman's light, lettuce, and a slice of cheese was 212 calories. And it was a normal looking sandwich.
