Check this post in an hour or so and it will have the exact same amount of downvotes as all of the other llotot posts in this thread. I sense a pattern

Both of mine used to race. I bred and raced Ken. I’m completely out of the racing industry now, though

I noticed this between the threads yesterday and today. I'll admit, sometimes I down vote nurse just so I don't feel left out of the party.

What's the difference in size between a race horse and a horse like you have?

I love watching races but I've always wondered what separates those horses from the lesser ones (besides genes). Pretty dumb thing to wonder, but such is my life.

Nice poppies MS.

Leftover chicmken and 'tatos, with a small pork loin smoking, for later when I feel a bit more edacious.

No difference. One of mine is 17h and the other is 15.2. Race horses can be all heights. The whole seabiscuit vs war admiral size differences is one of the many reasons I hate the movie. Thet were both small

It’s got a lot more to do with ability and heart. You should go to the track sometime. It’s always fun.

I just looked up where you are. GO TO DEL MAR!

OOf, I’m not sure if there is enough water for what this thread is about to become now

The yellow is a Texas mustard based bbq sauce. Real good on poke.

Thanks for that explanation.

I've been wanting to head to Del Mar for a race. I love horses. Very cool creatures. Whenever I'm around them they bring me a sense of peace. Don't know why that is.

Del Mar, oaklawn, and a redo of Saratoga where I’m not forced into unpaid labor are all on my bucket list.

And Scottsdale so we can go ride horsies in the desert! I think they still do that fancy Arabian show here.

Yes it is.

Saratoga is in Saratoga springs New York. I went on vacation and picked a big race weekend, then only saw the races we were in

Also got sent back to the test barn with a horse while being unlicensed in the state of New York.
