Upside : did not have to cook anything for this meal, just eat.
Downside : I am stuffed fatter than a Thanksgiving turkey and had to pass on the biscuits, slaw, green beans (bacon included), green salad, country ham, and a whole hosts of Southern desserts!
My kind of old school spread and nothing like clean scrubbed children in pastels screaming like banshees for candy and the ability to go home alone (while their exhausted parents had to take their sugar laden kiddos to their home, not mine).
