Hey Grrrly

Elizabethtown gets bigger everytime I make my way up 35W. Will that area Roanake/South Lake/Trophy Club ever stop growing?

Very unlikely. People still building homes and the only way to grow now is outward.

ga tt1089, I have an LSU baseball player story for you. A friend was at a game aboot 2001. He walked ove to the fence afterwards and as with his little one, watching the players walk out. He started talking to one of them, realized the kid was a long way from home with no family close. He invited him to a crawfish boil at his house that weekend and they became close friends for the rest of the kid's time at LSU.

My friend called me one day and said he was flying into Tampa to go watch a couple games and hang out with the kid. I picked him up at the airport, we ate with the kid, and drank a lot afterwards. He was a good kid with talent and a good work ethic. I followed his career when he got called up. My buddy died a few years back but his funeral was in Nashville and I could not make it.

always wondered if the kid made it. They spoke on the phone weekly for life.

Did you do a total body scan? Probably gained muscle.

Like something like this, inbody in very popular and nearly every gym has one.

They all connect and save your data to a server server so your progress is never lost if switching gyms.

I can remember when that was pastures from 820 all the way to Denton, other than 114 with the racetrack, Marriott, and the Valero. Although I will say staying at the Marriott me and mini me were able to get to do much more than I remember being able to do before. Although traffic was much better when the closest place to eat from the Marriott was the Sonic off 156 in Justin.

are you taking that?

Anavar is sooo mild it just promotes fat lost and lean muscle gain. It is used by a ton of track and field athletes, mostly women.

ga grrrl

He was drafted in 2003, called up in 2005, and played until 2017. My buddy died in 11-16, so baseball was over for the year. I imagine he made it.

No I havent done one in a couple years, the crossfit gym I used to workout at had one and I would scan every 6 months or so, but I quit going once COVID hit

Just joined a new gym where I'm going to focus more on cardio and light lifting....they also have punching bags and a resistance room, plus I have my pool where I'm going to start swimming more.

I would ride my bike but riding a bike in New Orleans is like playing Russian Roulette

I plan on taking test forever at low amounts. Im almost 38 and had 10-12yrs of heavy on/off drug abuse. I probably have the biological age of a 40yr old.
just get off all that shite and the weird diets and don't try to be heman and your body won't hate you.

My blood work is impeccable. I can all but guarantee you I went harder in the paint for a decade plus and treated my body like dog shite. My body done bounced back like a water whipped eight gram quarter tho
