I probably just put too much weight on the deadlifts - I’ve been working out a long, long time

I’m actually doing deadlifts - probably not a 45# bar

My bestie is a personal trainer - and I lifted a lot of weights in high school - I know what I’m doing

I counted - it was 75 - 25# and two 25# discs

Not many women lift and of those a much lower percentage do deadlifts. Your weight sounds reasonable and keep it up.

We didn’t dead lift in high school - so it’s a new thing
