What does that mean? I still don't understand the point of a scale that judges sociopaths that doesn't diagnose them.

I just got back from riding on a PI Lawyers Yacht in NOLA. I'm pretty sure he could have made it worthwhile.

The scale alone doesn't mean anything. It's just one data point. It can be used in conjunction with other data points, such as behavior and relationships, to make a diagnosis.
