They supposedly have andouille cheese dip, served with chips and cracklins. Many other things, too.

Noted.

I like how the name of the food isn't "cracklings"

My portfolio is taking an old fashioned, country arse whoopin' for the last week or so.

Gold is hitting a new all-time high every few hours, though.

Baptists do it the best. That's not opinion, that is fact. Can hate on the lack of adult beverages at the fry, but those mfers know what to do with some flathead, corn meal, and peanut oil. Always got some oldhead with a gallon bag of homemade fish fry and a old margarine tub with hushpuppy batter.

Volatility and market uncertainty are high. I guess we have to trust the process on these tariffs but a lot of folks are getting hit hard.

The folks near retirement are the ones I hope had their allocations set up and portfolios balanced for less equities.

I am selling NOTHING. Everything is set up for dividend re-investment. I am also buying a little bit of other stuff. Dec. 31st is going to be pretty good news when the math is done.

I believe it will be. I'm an optimist.

Gold is off the hook, yo. Silver is lagging but creeping back up. If silver was at gold levels, I would buy a new Z06 and never miss the money.

I'm holding some gold and silver bouillon but I'm having a hard time following the the net changes throughout the day. I guess they trade these commodities in different markets throughout the world 24/7.

Yahoo finance gives the futures close for 3o days out. Easy and quick. It does trade almost around the clock. One of the foreign markets sends it up in the middle of our night, on a regular basis.

I am holding a good chunk of both but will let my daughter inherit it.

OK - got it. I also look at the Yahoo finance site but didn't realize they posted futures prices. Thanks.
