Hooters is more of a perception. It's really no different than any other chain restaurant. Their uniforms look like they reveal more than they do. The girls wear stockings. They target market. Either way, there is a certain age when it becomes creepy for a guy to go there just to "check out" the girls. We are talking about college aged girls (18-22 years old). I am sure most of the dudes on the board will disagree with me, but if you are in your upper 30 and beyond and you go there just to look at the waitresses and get excited about doing so.. That's a bit creepy.
