I am. Just sitting at a desk but I was able to walk better a hour ago when I stepped out for some food. Earlier it took forever to get to my vehicle.

Are you a borderline geezer, that used to do a lot of squats? I take the turmeric and fish oil/Omega supplements. They make the old knees tolerable.
