I'm 5'10, with broad shoulders like I was 6'5 
I've always had issues gaining and losing weight. I was like 245 in HS so as soon as I stepped on the scale I was like frick this I ain't doing this all over again
the lowest I've been was at 187 when I was taking meds

I've been super busy with work, have acquired a few new patients, so trying to get them all worked in.
I am not even close to being done with holiday shopping and prepping.
