Could you get your intern to ask Chicklet if the tickets include a VIP hangout w/ Hank & Kid Rock? TIA

I’m so sorry about your pup!

Thanks DPH, Dysteech and kcrad. It was a bit overdue. But a tough call. She had days where she could trot a bit and hold on until she got outside, the last few days... Just very weak and wouldn't eat. She would have made 17 around April. '24.

damn so close on my weigh in
hit exactly 210 lbs, down from 240 14 weeks ago
was aiming for 200lbs by new year
going to stay positive I can hit it, but with the holidays coming up I might go in the opposite direction for a few days

Yeah that’s quite the lofty goal. Are you feeling like you’re getting enough calories in or do you feel like crap?

Well I started binge drinking about 18 months ago, drinking margs and beers every night so i bloomed up pretty quickly
I haven't had a drink since my bday which was early September. I walk pretty much every day but nothing crazy as I'm still healing from my car crash earlier this year.
I pretty much eat what I want, I just don't eat in such large quantities. I would eat breakfast, lunch, dinner + drink 1200 calories a day and then have a night meal because I'm drunk and hungry again. Just complete negligence of my health.
But I refocused myself and realize that I have so much more going on around me that I need to be there for, watching my son grow up, taking the time with my wife to maintain a healthy marriage and not being a drunkard like my father. It really is a vicious cycle. But being stuck in a cycle gives you the chance to break it and that's what I'm doing.

I bet not drinking is helping a lot. How tall are you? DWs a big guy and he can drop 20lbs in like 2 weeks without being unhealthy. I struggle to drop half a pound a month when I diet.
