This reminds me of the Selena Gomez vs Hayley Beiber fued.

I haven't kept up with all of that. Which one repeatedly shoved themselves into conversations and spaces they were not wanted? Need to know who is who...

Among other things, they teach you how to politely deal with individuals whose only goal is to stir up trouble.

It’s fungus season

I spend way too long grooming. I think I want to add a cactus cloth to my grooming box. You’ll appreciate that.

It really is the right choice. Hayley should just focus on her supposed “great marriage” and stop trying to desperately seek attention

Wait….that sounds familiar

Yes, main thing is being clean

Women who ride have riding hands and you can spot them. Not so much in the physical hand itself but how a woman holds and moves her hands. OK to be grubby in the barn but need to be clean back at home. Dad trained and Grandad trained so always around equine women and they generally have great hands.

I used to groom horses and got the old finish from elbow grease not some spray on goop

There used to be a lot of great "Made in England" products for hooves, leather, shoes, etc. that is not made any more. My great-aunt had a stash of that kind of stuff and I was able to get some of it.

I would like to learn how to shoe horses. I could keep my dogs better supplied with horse hoof pieces.

I guess she is still jealous of the house 5 doors down (in a non gated area yall OMG!!) that sold for over 1 million!!

Jealous? It was an observation, nurse. It was a testament to the market down here and how crazy it is. There is a former Wiccan property up for sale with a cabin on stilts for almost $1M. The snowbirds move down with loads of cash, from selling off their properties. Jealous? I love my home. You are off your rocker.

I keep sunblock on my hands to try to help (I hate gloves and only wear for shows), but I definitely can’t have pretty nails.

Mildly unrelated, but I hate watching riders with heavy hands, who pull on the horse's mouth. My instructors always emphasized light hands.

I am an old mixed brush set and sack cloth rag guy but think this may be the best thing invented for grooming

You get good with it and any horse will follow you anywhere, no shank needed

I grew up saddleseat and learned to ride with a double bridle, so I’m very light with my hands.

There are cute pics of me at 4 with double reins my hands weren’t big enough.

I would try to braid and curl my horse's hair and never get any riding in if I had one

Has anyone taught a horse to sit or any other dog-type tricks?

That’s the only think my sensitive tb likes. I can curry all day but he better not get touched with anything else other than a super soft brush to flick off the dust.

Slag, Ken can’t wait for you to curl his tail.
