I’m cooking a variation of chicken cordon bleu.
Open up three chicken breasts
Stuff with sliced ham and Parmesan cheese
Close a season generously with a rub I made
Wrap each breast with two slices of bacon
Bake for 20 minutes at 375°
Add a chicken gravy and fresh mushrooms
Continue to bake until chicken is done and bacon is crispy (10-15 minutes)
Serve with fresh spinach salad and vegetable rice
