Did you ever try the copper mats? They are awesome at keeping things from sticking, but they lose some in the seer department. They also claim that they still put grill marks but they don't.

good evening mfHangit. Yes! Made some pork belly burnt ends on dat mat. I love it, you can easily move it on the grill too.
