I go between coffee and tea, but I'm pretty much always drinking one of the two all day. After dark, I usually switch to vino.

I went cold turkey off caffine almost a year and a half ago. I was afraid I’d go through the headaches and all but it went smoothly without any problems. I don’t even miss it now.

Jmurdah, I am with you- I can have caffeine right before bed and still sleep.
ETA: Darth, I think I would get a little headache for a day if I went cold turkey, but I would be okay. I would miss the ritual though.
