I am absolutely sick. A tiny almost imperceptible water leak has ruined my home. Seeped under the flooring. I’m gonna have to redo the whole thing

Yes it still should cover it. I’m talking about a nick smaller than this letter l. Pooled up in the low spots behind the walls and seeped under the flooring. I thought the washing machine had leaked yesterday.
God was I wrong

I have a problem with my wood floors in the dining room. Hope I can find out the exact reason why before I replace the flooring.

I remember after the flood, going through all these peoples houses and ripping up the floors and Their dreams like so much falderal.

I’m listening to the wet crunch right now in my own home and it sounds so much worse. I had a nice little home. Now it’s ruined.

Ruined? Fix the leak and replace the floors, right? Major pain in the arse to do all that, but if all it costs you is a deductible, your house will end up better.

You’re right. Hell even wheels is right. I’m being a pussy. After the flood I did this to a dozen houses. Isn’t even that bad. Insurance will cover it. I’ll just have ugly ugly floors for.a while.

Slab...We had a new picture window installed several years ago and the people who installed it, installed it wrong. I've since had it reinstalled correctly, but the damage was done. I'm thinking this was the cause.
