Hey DLT.

They are going to have to do an initial "Catching up" on trimming bushes, weed eating, etc. You also may want to speak with a tree guy aboot trimming some of the giant limbs away from buildings. They took a big oak down a few years back, in the front yard. The back has Yuge oaks.

I don't know what yard guys charge there. Probbly enough to make it worth buying a big mower, over time. I know rates have gone up with the Brandon gas hikes.

DW has a nice mower and a power trimmer. I’m mainly worried about maintaining those rose bushes and flower beds. I think it has a built in sprinkler system on a timer so that helps.
