Eh, speak for yourself. Some of us have a very clear preference.

people have to have a terrible palate not to like roasted veggies. I never understand it. Roasted brussel sprouts are just as good as potatoes to me. Aspargus is even better

I'm all about some roasted vegetables. MMMMMMMM. Like I swear I haven't found many that I just dislike. And I'd prefer a lot of veggies over potatoes. Roasted turnips are even good.

I can't get past the smell of brussel sprouts... like someone is cooking a fart. Same with cabbage... I love raw cabbage but I don't like it cooked b/c it smells like arse. I prefer most of my vegetables raw/crunchy to cooked/mushy.

I've been accused of having the palate of a five year old plenty of times. I don't care

I prefer raw over cooked cabbage.

I cook my veggies but they still have a crunch to them. I cannot and will not do a mushy veggie. Unless it's mushrooms I like those.

That's like me.

I was actually thinking corn would be a great side.

i put some granulated garlic on them, and that is the flavor that comes out the most for me. I don't think they stink at all. If you roast them correctly they are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

and it prob has nothing to do with your palate. It's just that your lazy and unadventurous when trying new foods. You prob don't like greens because you didn't like them as a 5 year old

That was harsh!

I don't like rice. I'll eat rice. It's just weird to me. I definitely do not like white rice. I have nothing for rice. Don't eat rice in gumbo, definitely don't eat red beans and rice. I don't like beans either. I do like a ton of veggies though and healthier things.

I suggested green beans. It's one of the few vegetables I like. But the rest of your post is probably right. I'm very weird about unusual smells and textures

Oops
