not at all. i only have a few 'please don't make me eat that' items: certain mushrooms, beans, peas, hotdogs. but if they're a part of the flavor of a dish, i'll allow it.


eta:
although, that doesn't mean i'm able to eat everything. can't have sugar, starches, or any derivative of those.

Tried making some once... not good. I eat kale in salad a good bit.

Kale chips are pretty good.

But overall, I like putting it in my smoothies.

Honestly don't know if I've ever had Kale... It's just lettuce that taste different?

I like Bratwurst....juts not hotdog weenies or corn dogs.

There is an art to it. You can't just man it up and throw it on a tray and bake it. You have to make sure no one is overlapping and lightly salt it (oven technique).
