Yea I didn't want to do potato. Seems too obvious. Not a salad fan, but I was thinking of something green for sure. Just not sure what.

Asparagus but that's one of those polar sides. People love it or hate it.

Nearly everyone likes sauteed green beans. Or just roast some fresh veggies.

id recommend brussel sprouts. Roasted nice and crispy.
