I’m just tired of getting of screwed over at work. I’m way overqualified for what I do and I’m not using the things I’m best at.
But it puts food on the table and lets me be home at night. Really it’s that that keeps me from taking the big leap into the unknown and striking out. My little girl telling me how much she missed daddy and my little boy wanting to show me this and that. But I’m trading mediocrity for relative stability.
I’m just tired of using my back more than my head. I can do better than what I am.

Don't take it personal fr, but you sound like a whiny bitch. Life isn't perfect, but there is always people who have it worse than we do.
If you want your life to go in a different direction then do what you have to do. You got to take risk. You are not always going to win, but at some point, if you keep taking risk you eventually will.
Stop acting like you are the only person who isn't happy about their job, etc, etc, etc. Make a decision. You either do what it takes to get in the right direction or you don't.
