i shouda put a bit of cream cheese inside as well. some use pepper jack, but i'm not a fan. i even have a strong dislike for pepper jack boudin balls.

Skillet, I appreciate your concern. I assure you that I can afford to miss a meal or two.
It’s been a weird last few days. I’m working like a dog. And, one of my brothers (about a year and a half younger) who has taken good care of himself over the years had to have triple by-pass surgery; a valve replacement; and a repair of an aortic aneurysm on Valentine’s Day.
I told him that it was an extreme way to avoid taking his wife out to dinner. Physicians are notoriously cheap.
