Carl....I get what she is doing. It's just very annoying to her coworkers. Her calling in/missing work all the time affects us(her coworkers) more than someone in an office job missing work.

Nah the way the hospital has been having budget issues...I would want to stay on my manager's good side. You can tell our manager is getting annoyed by the whole situation. I could see HR making the choice to tell her they will no longer hold her position after the 12 weeks is up(which is soon..if not already passed). Cheaper for the hospital to be rid of an experienced nurse(that is fully vested into the retirement system at work) and hire one with less experience that they can pay less.
ETA: Or fill her position with 2 part time ones that they don't have to pay benefits for.

I'm not going to let myself get stressed. Going to Krav at 1830 and I might stay for the sparring class at 1930... so it might be 9pm before I turn the game on.
