They could be ‘hidden’
Go to the file folder icon, then to ‘this pc’, and go to whichever drive they’re supposed to be saved on, click ‘view’ and then make sure ‘hidden items!’ is checked

or go to a cmd prompt, type cd\ hit enter
then type dir /s filename
then type dir /s filename

Bc my laptop is old but I have a new hard drive and 2 other external hard drives and tons of shite stored on the cloud......im in the process of purchasing the new Surface Pro, but I need to custom order it and I dont want to deal with Best Buy so I have an apt with someone t00f recommended but it's not until next week

nope...but we had a MAC cpu a few years ago and it crashed and none of us liked it.....my kids use tablets for school and I'm just used to Microsoft...the only Apple product I've ever used is my Iphone
