I think 17 and 20 is the minimum considered healthy. Doctor told me it was because I work inside all day and don't get enough sunlight. Take a pill a week, and I've had much more energy and been much more chirpy

Yep. I take a wafer once a week that has like 50K units of Vitamin D. He said it takes a long time to get the level back up though. I work in an office, but I'm also out in the Sun every weekend. I thought it was strange.
