Aspy, SS, Terd I am watching my 18 month old grandson today. I am ashamed but alcohol is being consumed. I have no shame when it comes to my sanity.

I used to jump ditches on a big red when I was a kid. Kids are dumb.

I knew nothing about jumping as a kid but I’d gallop my arab at the creek at the bottom of the hill below the barn knowing he was barn sour and wouldn’t stop

I was in a small group that was riding down some Texas dirt roads. We had seen another woman riding a gray Arabian. We're stopped at a road junction and the woman on the Arabian comes blazing by at full speed. She continues down the road until she's out of sight. We move out down the road and the woman comes by at a dead run going the other direction.

She never said anything to us as she passed. I learned later that she couldn't control the horse.

Edit: I didn't do a good job telling that story.
