paige's interview got a lot of hype. the sound quality issues were fixed. like a big budget hollywood movie with good effects but no plot structure.

the pj interview was grassroot/underground and was unexpected like when a pilot becomes a hit show. it had shite production quality but it was genuine.

can you get a dui on a wheelchair?

honestly wondering?

maybe if you are on some kind of public road or parking lot where a vehicle would operate?

All in the name of public safety, totally not a revenue stream.

Serious answer. Yes you can. If you are on the road, you can get a dui if you are operating any type of motorized vehicle.. Go cart, golf cart, electric wheelchair, etc

So if you are rolling down Bourbon St in your chair with a buzz, they can stop you and give you a DWI?

PJ, I would let you take all the money.. Then once you are done come run my chair into your brittle old legs and take it from you.

So, feasibly, it is possible to be charged with DUI for operating a motorized wheelchair under the influence, as messed up as that sounds. The law is the law, though – you can get a motorized wheelchair DUI, a tractor DUI, an ATV DUI – anything with a motor.Nov 4, 2015
