Saturday is meat cooking day, what you got on the plate today?

Bought some beef in the bargain bin used for Milanesa, any of you Baws made this before?

Pre meat snack

Got some Caprese and gave the Pesto pack to the hounds on their kibble. Sloshed some Partanna on the top, dribbled some Anisette, then sprinkled some VERY hot green curry to finish.

Turned out pretty well!

No one but my maternal Grandpaw liked it growing up in Thibodaux. But he is also from North LA/MS. White gravy was served with every meal as a kid.
