What kind did you get?
I’ve never had any luck with insoles. But I have a really high arch so maybe that’s the issue?

Dr. Scholl's. I bought them because my other ones were getting smelly from my profuse foot sweating condition. I'm gross like that.

I’ve done that. I wear hoka arahi’s for nursing work and asics for running. The insles that were recommended raised my feet too high though and made it feel like my shoes weren’t on my feet properly.

Same. I went and they gave me hokas and insoles. The hokas now feel like the insole is flat/worn out after light use and the $60 extra insole pushes my arch higher than normal and hurts

I need to get a new pair of hokas for work but I hate spending money on work stuff.
And I refuse to wear my nice running shoes into a nasty hospital or pts homes.
