This is an odd turn. NY doesn't have the death penalty right? I guess he's thinking he'll get leniency for admitting to it.
I don’t think he was required to admit he committed a murder. The attorneys could have worded it differently to meet the requirements of a guilty plea.
But the attorneys probably worded it that way as a gamble that the state will then consider it double jeopardy and drop the state murder charge.
The Feds will probably sentence him to a minimum of 30 years but could go higher. I doubt he gets life. I think the Feds typically go maximum sentence when criminal history is ridiculous.

Luigi is an embarrassment to Italians. Didn't have enough sense to ditch the ghost gun at the scene.
Well if we’re going to go there…he’s an embarrassment to Italians because the Feds didn’t have to settle for getting him on tax evasion.
Italians should have taken Luigi out themselves.

To me this should be a slam dunk life sentence. As premeditated as it gets. He planned it, 3d printed a gun, used another persons name to find out his victim’s schedule and then shot the victim in the back like the coward he is.

I disagree, he made a hell of a statement and stood by his convictions even though he knew it would cost him his life. That’s real man right there, the incels on here would not know anything about that.

Are we not surprised that this violence comes from the left. Example after example. They don’t value human life. You can make all the excuses you want.
