I normally take 5 but I have had 30mgs dozens of times, its no biggie at all. As the study someone posted earlier said they have given doses to people in the 500mg range and its fine as long as you are healthy. You are gonna be fine and if anywhere other than your dong feels "twitchy" its just in your head.
