LSU Students - What do you pay for rent?

I am nearing the end of a lease at Place du Plantier and am questioning if I can find something a little cheaper. My roommate and I split the $875 rent but it comes out to more like 600 each after utilities/cable/wifi etc.
Where do y'all stay, how much do you pay, and are you happy with your situation? Hopefully this can become a helpful thread for other/incoming students as well.

I paid 410 for 1/4 of an apartment at crescent... 10 years ago.

450 for a four bedroom. We got a steal.

My tenants pay 900 for a 2 bed/1.5 bath on East Boyd. Prolly similar to Place Du Plantier.

I lived at tiger manor and paid $580 for rent for my half of a 2 bedroom

Lake Beau Pre 3 BR 2 Bath house. Beautiful fenced in yard, patio and garage. 3 guys $700 per month all inclusive!! Nice!!
