I can’t imagine being so shitty to buy a coffee from Cherrybomb then log on to highlands WiFi and sit in their courtyard lol

That shows you are a decent person and sadly in today’s world you are a rarity.

It’s called Capitalism you heathen communist.

What a joke to even think like this.

Commies would get the government to intervene, or set fire to the building. This kid is doing it the way you're supposed to.

The Library, The Bayou, and Slinky's all on the same block with the Chimes on the next block and Chelsea's. Good bars to hang out in.

There was a time in Baton Rouge where you could grease the palms of some city or parish official or some cops and like solve the problem instead of resorting to wimpy petitions.

directly compete 2 doors down from a longstanding community staple.

But it's only a "staple" of the community because it's the only act. If Highland is truly beloved by its patrons, they will show up to support the business. It is the one that offers seating, wi-fi, and a/c.

If Cherrybomb is cool and new, it may bring new customers to the area, just like Insomnia cookies.

There are thousands of kids in dorms/apartments within walking distance. Bringing new life to this area will bring more people. Competition could actually be very good for Highland, ultimately.

Ask her about Amy's end of the year party in 7th grade at ESA.

I'd be shattered if she doesn't remember me!
