Agree about building strong bonds. Our initiation week started after our pledge education night (Monday), had the first part of the ceremony on Friday night and it just flowed through to Saturday night. Monday-Thursday night we had to camp out in the basement and work to keep the actives out. Awesome as a group and learned A LOT about secret passages in the shelter. That first night sucked until we caught on. Of course being on the other side was a blast and we were on the quarter system so we got to pay it forward 11 times.
